PARTY FOREVER
a manifesto for modern social life:
My name is Evan.
I’m a Party Coach.
& I'm here to save our social life:
even though I’m usually the first one on the dance floor and the last to leave, I never imagined that my life as a nerdy raver would lead me here.
however, after witnessing the effects of lockdown isolation on our communities—while navigating my own journey through personal development, wellness, and the party scene—I've felt a strong calling since 2021:
with the help of friends I’ve made across 15 years in music & wellness industries, I’m determined to redefine partying to save our species from social anxiety, polarization, and over-dependence on technology, alcohol, and substances that threaten our ability to connect.
all you need to join the movement is to:
LET GO.
LIVE MORE.
REGRET LESS.
PARTY FOREVER.
What does PARTY FOREVER mean?
It’s not about endless nights of chaos or chasing the next high. It’s about living in a way so we don’t waste the moments that matter. To PARTY FOREVER is to embrace life with presence, courage, and connection. It’s to reject boredom, regret, and the endless grind of performative living. This is not about escaping life—it’s about fully showing up for it.
We live in a world that’s disconnected. A world where the idea of fun has been sold to us as something loud, empty, and fleeting. But true joy isn’t something you buy. It’s something you create. PARTY FOREVER is the rebellion against superficiality. It’s about tapping into the flow of life and making every moment matter.
What’s Wrong With How We Party Now?
Disconnection: We’ve traded real connection for endless scrolling and shallow interactions.
Performance: Social life has become a stage, and we’re all exhausted from the act.
Numbing: We chase substances, screens, and distractions to avoid what’s really missing.
PARTY FOREVER is the antidote. It’s a return to something raw, real, and human. It’s about rediscovering the joy of being alive and the freedom of authentic connection.
PARTY FOREVER IS A LIFESTYLE.
SHOW UP: Stop hiding, stop overthinking, stop apologizing for who you are.
CONNECT: Not through filters or facades, but through presence and authenticity.
THRIVE: Build a life that feels expansive, energizing, and yours.
RELEASE: Let go of the stories, habits, and fears that hold you back.
CREATE: Make memories, moments, and meaning. Be a force of life.
This is what it means to PARTY FOREVER:
To stop chasing the wrong things and start living in alignment with what truly matters.
To be the kind of person who brings energy, life, and connection wherever you go.
To reject regret, numbness, and empty consumption and replace them with joy, clarity, and meaning.
The Mission: PARTY FOREVER isn’t just a mindset—it’s a movement. It’s for anyone who’s tired of the fake, the forced, and the fleeting. It’s for those who want to build lives they don’t need to escape from, lives that feel alive and aligned.
Why Now? Because the world needs more energy, not less. More connection, not isolation. More people who are willing to show up, be real, and create something meaningful. PARTY FOREVER is not about being perfect; it’s about being present. It’s about living fully, no matter where you are or who you’re with.
This is not about endless hedonism. It’s not about indulgence without intention. This is about freedom. This is about connection. This is about finding the flow that makes life worth living.
what qualifies someone to be a “party coach”?
-
During 15+ years in music/nightlife I attended over 1000 festivals/concerts, experiencing the highs and lows of the "party scene" — and while humans have a universal need to CONNECT, many of us get trapped between anxiety, fear, or booze/substances.
After a 3 day festival a friend asked: “Why can’t we do this every weekend without feeling like shit on Monday?”
Fast forward 4 years, and I now help ANYONE connect with their natural confidence, set clear intentions for their social life, and thrive without needing booze or substances (or giving them up forever).
Clients appreciate that I bring over 2 decades of coaching experience. In addition to certifications in Hot Yoga and thousands of hours in personal & team development—workshops, retreats, and masterminds—the core of my work actually comes from 8 years in the elite college & MBA admissions field, consulting the highest performing students on how to leverage their authentic confidence successfully into their dream schools.
Which is quite similar to helping people develop the natural confidence to unleash their dream social life.
But the number 1 skill of any coach is LISTENING. I want to hear from you: what’s working and not working in your social life? From there, we can work towards letting go of all the battles you don’t need to fight anymore:

from article at Sinclair news:
Evan Cudworth didn’t set out to become the world’s first Party Coach. Growing up in a suburb of Illinois, his life was a patchwork of passions: playing cello and bass guitar in his church band, navigating teenage identity questions during games of truth or dare, and trying to fit into every social circle. He was the kid who wanted everyone to like him, the person always seeking connection but unsure of where he truly belonged. His early years were marked by moments of discovery and longing—like a Malibu-fueled summer night that brought his first kiss and a fleeting sense of understanding. Yet, that connection often felt just out of reach. As Evan moved through his 20s, alcohol and substances became tools to stretch those fleeting moments of belonging into something more lasting. The longer he partied, the harder it became to reconcile the highs of connection with the inevitable lows of anxiety, regret, and longing for something deeper.
By his 30s, Evan realized that nostalgia, the most potent drug of all, wasn’t hitting like it used to. He never reached rock bottom but knew he was chasing a version of himself that no longer existed. What he wanted wasn’t another endless night—it was a new way to show up, connect, and thrive.
Drawing on years of personal growth through meditation, journaling, yoga, and cold plunges, Evan began to reimagine his relationship with nightlife. Instead of abandoning the party, he decided to rebuild it. He saw the potential to bridge the gap between wellness and nightlife, creating spaces where people could connect without relying on substances or performative behaviors.
In 2020, Evan announced his pivot to full-time coaching, leaning into a new vision of social life. Party Coach was born from a desire to help others find what he had discovered: the ability to enjoy peak social experiences without the crash. With a mix of intention-setting, dopamine detoxes, and practical tools for authentic connection, he began guiding clients to redefine their relationships with themselves and their communities.
Today, Party Coach isn’t just about parties. It’s about creating a semi-sustainable social life—a way to show up, let go, and build real connections without losing yourself in the process. From his roots in small-town Illinois to the dance floors of global festivals, Evan’s journey is a testament to the idea that better parties—and better lives—start within.

FEATURE IN GQ
“These clients don't really come to me because I act like an expert or guru. It's because I'm offering a shame-free space to explore different ways to “party.” Does the world really need a party coach? I have these doubts all the time, but I also know that people are sick of being told to “optimize” their life while feeling angry or insane, like they're just not having fun.”

Listen to me spill my guts:
If there’s one skill I developed over hundreds of dingy afterparties, it was an ability to OVERSHARE.
Thankfully, we now have “podcasts” where humans can explore deep (dark, funny, vulnerable) conversations in the light of day.
Thank you for all these friends who have invited me on to chat on their platforms. Topics range from:
Grief & addiction/depression after the death of my mom
Midwest upbringing, faith, & sexuality
Sobriety, moderation, and “not being sure”
Long, winding path through the music & party scenes, to eventually starting PARTY COACH and how I work with clients
stop chasing.
enjoy being.
no more slogging through the nostalgia of your past…
supercharge your social life
& feel healthier than ever.
Many coaches promise “optimization.”
I help you let go and be more yourself.
Coaches often flood you with boring courses you’ll never watch or complete.
Not here. You’ll be “in the field” building mindset & resilience.
Most self-improvement communities are pits of toxic positivity.
In this house—we say it like it is.
