“There are all sorts of coaches — life, spiritual, career, fitness — who promise to help in one facet of your life or another. But as a party coach, Cudworth is unique (he’s the only one that Google turns up).

“It’s been really helpful encouraging me to get over my anxiety, get over myself, get over needing substances, and just actually get out there and be social,” Demyanovich said.”

why “party coach” is qualified to help:

During 15+ years in music/nightlife I attended over 1000 festivals/concerts, experiencing the highs and lows of the "party scene" — and while humans have a universal need to CONNECT, many of us get trapped between anxiety, fear, or booze/substances.

After a 3 day festival a friend asked: “Why can’t we do this every weekend without feeling like shit on Monday?”

Fast forward 4 years, and now I party sober & help ANYONE connect with their natural confidence, set clear intentions for their social life, and thrive without needing booze or substances (or giving them up forever).

Clients appreciate that I bring over 2 decades of coaching experience. In addition to certifications in Hot Yoga and thousands of hours in personal & team development—workshops, retreats, and masterminds—the core of my work actually comes from 8 years in the elite college & MBA admissions field, consulting the highest performing students on how to leverage their authentic confidence successfully into their dream schools.

Which is quite similar to helping people develop the natural confidence to unleash their dream social life.

But the number 1 skill of any coach is LISTENING. I want to hear from you: what’s working and not working in your social life? From there, we can work towards letting go of all the battles you don’t need to fight anymore:

This gave me a space to create new habits and be supported along the way by the community that learns and practice the same principles simultaneously. That’s so rare.

healthy not boring.

Listen to me spill my guts:

If there’s one skill I developed over hundreds of dingy afterparties, it was an ability to OVERSHARE.

Thankfully, we now have “podcasts” where humans can explore deep (dark, funny, vulnerable) conversations in the light of day.

Thank you for all these friends who have invited me on to chat on their platforms. Topics range from:

  • Grief & addiction/depression after the death of my mom

  • Midwest upbringing, faith, & sexuality

  • Sobriety, moderation, and “not being sure”

  • Long, winding path through the music & party scenes, to eventually starting PARTY COACH and how I work with clients

long form conversations about partying & fun:

season 1 of the podcasts covers:

  • Can I Heal Myself Raving?

  • Can Introverts Enjoy Nightlife?

  • What's the "Go First" Principle?

  • How do I Know if I'm an Addict? (with an addiction specialist)

  • How can I practice Self-Friendship?

  • What does Science say about Mediation Dance Parties? (w/ DJ Beachball)
