The Party Within is a gym for your social life — a seven-week program to stop performing, drop the armor, and show up in rooms you used to duck out of.
You don't need another self-help book.
You need reps. The Party Within is reps. Small cohorts, weekly practice, a coach in your corner — and a room full of people learning to stop performing and actually show up.
Reps, not theory
Every week puts you in a real situation, not a journal prompt. You do the thing, then we debrief the thing.
A real coach
Colby is your Party Coach. He's run the rooms, thrown the events, caught the falls. You get his eyes on your practice.
A tribe that shows up
You're not doing this alone. The cohort is small, the accountability is high, and the vibe is messy on purpose.
Seven weeks to run your own room.
A progression, not a playlist. Each week unlocks the next — from detox to hosting your own ceremony.

Detoxify
Strip out the performance, the old roles, the drinks you use as a costume. Start from zero.

Stop Chasing Nostalgia
Quit replaying the version of yourself you were at 22. Build a new setlist for who you are now.

Spark the Body
Your nervous system forgot it's allowed to feel good sober, slow, and in front of people. This week we remind it.

Drop the Armor
Irony off. Cool off. Say the sincere thing and survive the silence that follows.

Find Your Tribe
Stop auditioning for every room. Find the three people you'd call at 2am and feed them the good stuff.

Host Ceremony
You don't attend a party anymore. You build one. Invitation, threshold, arc, send-off.

Party For Life
A practice, not a phase. You walk out with a ritual, a tribe, and a room you can run for the rest of your life.
Two more doors.
The cohort is the core. These are the side rooms — for people who want to go deeper, faster, or louder.
The Gathering
One night. Forty people. No phones, no networking, no hiding. The in-person capstone of everything we practice online.

Colby is a host, facilitator, and recovering people-pleaser who spent a decade building rooms people actually wanted to be in.
He's thrown the warehouse parties, run the retreats, coached the founders, and — more than once — been the one crying at the after-party. He built The Party Within because the self-help industry taught him how to journal about his feelings but never how to bring them to a room.
Co-hosted with Evan Cudworth, who's been designing events, rituals, and communities for 15 years.

You got questions.
We got you.
Is this a sobriety program?
No. It's a social liberation program. Some people in the cohort don't drink, some do. What we're detoxing from is the performance — the armor, the costume, the version of yourself you wear to get through the night. Whether alcohol plays a role in your version of that is up to you.
Do I have to be an extrovert?
Absolutely not. The loudest person in the room is usually the one working hardest to hide. The Party Within works especially well for people who feel quiet, tired, or invisible in social settings — because those are exactly the muscles we're training.
How much time per week?
Plan for about 3 hours: a 90-minute live session with the cohort, plus a real-world "rep" assignment you run during the week. The point isn't more homework — it's practice you'd do anyway, with a container around it.
How big are the cohorts?
Small. We cap each cohort at 12 people so Colby can actually know you and so the group can become a real group, not an audience. When a cohort is full, you go on the list for the next one.
What if I miss a week?
Every session is recorded and the assignments stack — you can catch up without falling behind. That said, the magic is in showing up live, so we ask you to protect the time like a standing appointment.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you show up to the first two weeks, do the reps, and decide it's not for you, we'll refund you in full, no weird forms, no hard feelings. The only bad outcome here is you staying on the sidelines.
