02 / The Question Say it out loud

WHAT DOES IT
MEAN TO
party
DIFFERENT?

A:

It means refusing to spectate your own life. It means treating your social life like something you train, not something that happens to you. It means choosing effort over comfort, peering over the edge instead of hiding in the optimized middle.

03 / The Belief Manifesto

WELLNESS IS
NOT ENOUGH
PARTYING WILL
save
HUMANITY

We're in an age of too much optimization. Everything tracked, measured, scheduled, and sanitized. Lives so perfectly managed there's no room left for anything real to happen in them.

People are hiding in nostalgia. The same three friends, the same old music, the same stories about who they used to be. Familiarity dressed up as contentment.

A human being needs new experiences, new music, new people, new edges to their comfort.

We reject the fantasy

…that the highest good is preserving yourself. Preserve yourself for what? A longer stay in the perfectly optimized middle? Health is a ship. It is meant to leave the harbor.

04 / How We Save Each Other Together

WE DO THIS
together, OR NOT AT ALL

Feeling alive is contagious. So is retreating into comfort. Party Different is choosing to be more alive.

The loneliness epidemic is a choice. We choose to text the new friend. To throw the next party. To dance before anyone else is dancing.

THAT SOMEONE, TODAY, IS us.
The positioning

A gym for your social life. You come because it's hard. You come back because you're seeing progress.

What we train

Speak first. Invite first. Move first. Risk first. Host the thing. Come back after the awkward.

The compound

One person practicing = a better week. A room practicing = a different city.

05 / The Path Seven weeks

SEVEN WEEKS TO
STOP hiding

Each week: one lesson, one ritual, seven daily questions. Three phases — Let Go, Live More, Party On. Keep the rituals forever.

Phase 01 · Let Go Phase 02 · Live More Phase 03 · Party On

01

Detoxify

You can't sit still without reaching for something. A constant, low-grade withdrawal from stimulation you didn't know you were addicted to.

Let Go

02

Ghosts

You became someone you never chose to be. A version of you that "worked." You forgot it was a choice.

Let Go

03

Spark the Body

You used to feel alive and can't remember when you stopped. Back into the body. Flow activation.

Live More

04

Drop the Armor

You perform in every room. Humor, competence, "I don't care" that's actually hypervigilance. Put it down.

Live More

05

Find Your Tribe

You have people around you but you don't feel known. Audit the social ecosystem. Build contact that holds.

Party On

06

Host Your Ceremony

You consume every experience but never create one. Throw the thing. Be the one who makes the night happen.

Party On

07

Party for Life

A sustainability plan. Seven rituals you keep forever. Return to any week whenever the noise gets loud.

06 / The Author Who's behind this

THE WORLD'S FIRST
party COACH

EC

Evan Paul Cudworth

Founder · Party Coach
Author of Authentic Success

Evan Cudworth is, as far as anyone can tell, the world's first and only party coach — and he believes partying will save humanity.

A nerdy UChicago graduate who came up in the underground rave and music scenes, Evan created Party Different in the post-pandemic chaos — a 7-step framework for high-achieving adults who've been sold the lie that optimization and fun are opposites. Built alongside his own struggles with validation, alcohol, and substances.

His argument is simple and a little heretical: the wellness industrial complex has made us more isolated, more rigid, and worse at being in a room together — and the cure is learning to actually party in our modern world. He's inspired thousands to liberate their social lives from anxiety, scrolling, and substances. He's here to make the case that partying — the thing we've been demonizing — might be the thing that saves us.
