"Instead of having a mindset of 'what am I going to get out of this situation' and 'what am I going to get out of these people around me,' Evan taught me to think: 'how do I create and give and create a good atmosphere and vibe around me instead of just consuming.'

If there's like a part of yourself that you're you're not fully showing, or like that you kind of want to unlock, or there's room for improvement maybe in the way you interact with people, I definitely recommend poking a session with Evan."

“I’m not new to the party scene… I’ve been in it for many years. But this has been a total game changer. I feel so confident now… people gravitate towards me. And then I can be this light and beacon for people who maybe also don’t want to be wasted.”

“Before this, I was feeling a little lost especially with my closest friends and family. Not feeling that we were super connected. I also had a lot of anxiety in the relationship that I was in.

After the KNOWFUN challenge, I definitely feel more connected both with my friends at home and my friends here at school, and of course the community we've built in the challenge. It left me feeling more connected and less anxious.

I think my favorite technique from the challenge was definitely the triangle of anxiety. So simple. So effective. I can see it helping me a lot with anxiety in certain situations. Especially when partying sober. Which I'm going to do tonight.”

“My favorite part was the journaling. It gave me more of a deliberate time to reflect on things that I do in my day to day but never really took the time to write down.”

“I still want to be social. Like I have this like puppy dog mentality where I just want to go out and have a great time. So much of early adulthood s about going out and drinking and and having these wild nights. So how can you still have those fun nights, but be more mature about it?”

“It’s been really fun meeting a group of people that are like minded and going through the same thing you are. I remember at one point somebody actually messaged me privately in the chat and was like, ‘Hey, I'm going through the exact same thing.”
